The following Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fusey platform, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through fusey.gg (the "Site"), operated by Fusey B.V., a private limited company (besloten vennootschap) registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 42076398 ("Fusey", "we", "us"). "You" or "user" means you as a user of the Site.
Please read the Terms carefully before you start to use the Site. By using the Site, opening an account, or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Creator Guidelines, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not want to agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

1. Key Terms
Sponsors (also called "Community Owners" or "Buyers") are users who purchase promotional services on Fusey.
Creators (also called "Content Creators" or "Sellers") are users who offer and provide promotional services on Fusey.
Packages are the service listings created by Creators, describing the promotional service, price, delivery timeframe, and included deliverables.
Orders are the formal agreements between a Sponsor and Creator after a Package is purchased, including all associated payment, delivery, and communication.
Platform Fee is the fee charged by Fusey on each transaction, currently set at 15% of the Creator's listed price. The Platform Fee is included in the total price paid by the Sponsor. The Sponsor pays one combined price that covers both the Creator's listed price and the Platform Fee.
2. About the Platform
Fusey is a two-sided marketplace that connects content creators with community owners in the gaming space. Creators offer promotional services through Packages, and Sponsors purchase those Packages to promote their gaming communities.
Fusey acts solely as an intermediary. We are not a party to any agreement between Creators and Sponsors. We facilitate the transaction through our payment processor Stripe and provide dispute resolution. Sponsors confirm they will engage all Creators as independent contractors.
Each Creator appoints Fusey as the Creator's limited payment collection agent, solely for the purpose of accepting payments from Sponsors through our payment processor Stripe, in the Creator's name and on the Creator's behalf. Payment made by a Sponsor to Fusey is considered the same as a payment made directly to the Creator. Receipt of the payment by Fusey discharges the Sponsor's payment obligation to the Creator for the amount paid. Fusey pays the Creator's share to the Creator after the Sponsor approves the delivery, as described in Section 7 and the Refund Policy. If Fusey does not pay out an amount it received on the Creator's behalf, the Creator's recourse is against Fusey, not against the Sponsor. Fusey retains only the Platform Fee.
3. Eligibility
To use Fusey you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if required under your local law.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not have been previously banned from the Platform.
- Not be subject to any economic sanctions or trade restrictions imposed by the European Union, United States, or any other applicable jurisdiction.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of these requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site.
4. Account Registration
You register via a third-party authentication provider (Google, Discord, X/Twitter, TikTok and Twitch) or by creating an account with email and password. You are responsible for the security of your account and any activity under it. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
If you register with email and password, you must choose a strong password and must not reuse it on other sites. We store your password as a one-way Argon2id hash and cannot recover it for you. If you forget it, use the password reset flow.
You may enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account security. If you enable 2FA, you are responsible for safekeeping your recovery codes. Losing both your authenticator device and your recovery codes may permanently prevent access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You may not create a false identity, misrepresent your identity, create an account for anyone other than yourself, or use another user's account. Users are limited to one active account. Any additional account determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the community will be disabled.
We may suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
5. Platform Fees
Fusey charges a Platform Fee of 15% on each transaction. The Platform Fee is included in the total price paid by the Sponsor. The Sponsor pays one combined price that covers both the Creator's listed price and the Platform Fee. The Creator receives the listed price.
Example: Creator lists a Package for €100.00. Sponsor pays €115.00 (Creator's price + Platform Fee). Fusey receives €15.00.
All prices are shown in Euro (EUR) and are VAT-inclusive. Where applicable, VAT is calculated by Stripe based on the Sponsor's billing location and is included within the displayed price, never added on top. VAT charged by Fusey applies to the Platform Fee. The Creator's share is collected on the Creator's behalf, and Creators are solely responsible for their own VAT and tax obligations on their earnings. Business customers established in another EU member state that provide a valid VAT identification number at checkout benefit from the reverse-charge mechanism (0% VAT) and receive an invoice stating that the VAT is reverse-charged (see Section 7). Fusey is registered for VAT in the Netherlands under VAT identification number NL869597620B01 and accounts for VAT with the Dutch tax authorities in accordance with applicable EU and Dutch VAT rules. Creators receive their full listed price regardless of VAT applied to the Platform Fee.
Currencies. All prices are set and stored in euro (EUR). Where available, you can choose to view prices and pay in another supported currency. In that case Fusey converts the euro price at its current exchange rate, and the exact amount and currency you will be charged are shown at checkout. Refunds are issued in the currency you were charged. Creator earnings, balances, and payouts are always calculated and paid in euro, regardless of the currency the Sponsor paid in.
Fees are non-negotiable and may be updated. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification.
6. The Fusey Guarantee
Every Order on Fusey is backed by the Fusey Guarantee:
- Your payment is protected: it is authorised through Stripe and only captured once the Creator accepts, and the Creator is only paid after you approve the delivery.
- You receive the service or get your money back: if the Creator fails to accept or deliver, you are automatically refunded in full.
- You have time to review: you have 72 hours to review each delivery.
- Disputes are handled fairly: if you are not satisfied with a delivery, you can open a dispute and our team will review the case.
The Fusey Guarantee and Fusey's dispute resolution are Fusey's own commitments to you under these Terms, separate from your agreement with the Creator. The Fusey Guarantee and the refund rights described in our Refund Policy constitute your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to any Order placed through the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under Dutch or EU law, which prevail over any conflicting provision of these Terms. 7. Payments
All payments are processed by our payment processor Stripe. Fusey collects the Sponsor's payment as the Creator's limited payment collection agent, in the Creator's name and on the Creator's behalf, as described in Section 2. Receipt of the payment by Fusey discharges the Sponsor's payment obligation to the Creator for the amount paid. When a Sponsor purchases a Package:
- The payment is authorised but not captured by Stripe (the amount is reserved on the Sponsor's payment method, not charged).
- The Creator has 72 hours to accept or decline the Order.
- If accepted, the payment is captured. If declined or not responded to within 72 hours, the payment authorisation is cancelled. Because the payment was never captured, no money leaves the Sponsor's account and no refund is needed.
- Upon successful delivery and approval, the Creator's share becomes available and is paid out to the Creator via Stripe. Fusey retains only the Platform Fee.
Fusey does not store credit card or payment details. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Payment receipts are issued via Stripe. If you purchase as a business, enter your legal business name and, if you have one, your VAT identification number at checkout. Sponsors can download a VAT invoice for each completed Order from the order page. Invoices to business customers in the Netherlands include Dutch VAT. For business customers established in another EU member state that provided a valid VAT identification number, no VAT is charged and the invoice states that the VAT is reverse-charged (Article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC). In that case you account for the VAT in your own member state. If you purchase as a consumer, your Stripe payment receipt serves as proof of purchase.
When placing an Order you may only use funds obtained from legal sources that are not connected to any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
8. Orders and Delivery
8.1 Order Flow
- Waiting Acceptance: Sponsor has paid. Creator must accept within 72 hours.
- Accepted: Creator is working on delivery. Must deliver within the agreed timeframe.
- Delivered: Creator submitted delivery. Sponsor has 72 hours to approve or open a dispute.
- Delivery Approved: Order completed. Creator can withdraw earnings.
8.2 Automatic Actions
- If the Creator does not accept within 72 hours, the Order is automatically declined and the Sponsor is fully refunded.
- If the Creator does not deliver within the agreed deadline, the Order is automatically cancelled and the Sponsor is fully refunded.
- If the Sponsor does not review the delivery within 72 hours, the delivery is automatically approved.
8.3 Creator Obligations
Creators are required to meet the delivery time specified in their Package. Failing to do so will result in automatic cancellation and may affect the Creator's standing on the Platform.
Creators may reschedule an accepted Order once: extending the delivery deadline before it passes, or moving a scheduled promotion's start date to a later date before the promotion begins, subject to the Package's availability. The Sponsor is notified of the change, and the automatic actions in Section 8.2 apply to the updated deadline.
Creators must send completed files and/or proof of work when marking the Order as delivered. The deliver function may not be abused to circumvent Order guidelines. Using the deliver function when an Order was not fulfilled may result in cancellation and a warning.
9. Refunds
Refunds are issued automatically in the following cases:
- The Creator declines the Order or fails to accept within 72 hours.
- The Creator fails to deliver within the agreed deadline.
- A dispute is resolved in the Sponsor's favor by Fusey administration.
Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Fusey does not offer refunds for completed and approved Orders. When a refund is issued, the full amount including the Platform Fee is refunded.

10. Disputes
If a Sponsor is dissatisfied with a delivery, they may open a dispute within the review period. We encourage Sponsors and Creators to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves first.
Disputes may be resolved in one of the following ways:
- Sponsor cancels their dispute: the Order is completed and the Creator receives earnings.
- Creator accepts the dispute and issues a refund: the Sponsor receives a full refund and the Creator forfeits earnings.
- Fusey administration intervenes when the parties cannot agree. The outcome is either Order completion (Creator receives earnings) or a full refund to the Sponsor (Creator forfeits earnings).
Fusey's administrative dispute resolution decision is final within Fusey's internal dispute process. It does not affect your right to pursue a chargeback, alternative dispute resolution, or court proceedings, or any mandatory consumer rights. Both parties will be notified of the outcome with an explanation.
10.1 Bank Chargebacks
Sponsors may also file a dispute directly with their bank or card issuer (a "chargeback"), outside of the Platform's dispute flow. Chargebacks are governed by card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and applicable consumer protection law, and may be filed up to 540 days after the original transaction, independently of the Order's status. Fusey is notified of chargebacks only after they are filed and cannot prevent or override them. Fusey reserves the right to submit evidence to the card network, recover disputed amounts from the Creator's balance or future earnings, and suspend or terminate accounts of users found to abuse chargebacks.
11. Creator Payouts
Creators receive payouts via Stripe Connected Accounts. To receive payouts, Creators must complete Stripe's identity verification (KYC) process. During onboarding, Stripe collects information such as your name, date of birth, address, and bank account details, and may request additional information, for example a government-issued identity document. Fusey is not responsible for Stripe's verification requirements or decisions.
Payment processing and payouts for Creators on Fusey are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (together, the "Stripe Services Agreement"). By operating as a Creator on Fusey, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as Stripe may modify it from time to time. You authorise Fusey to share with Stripe the information Stripe requires to provide payment processing and payouts. Stripe processes your personal data in accordance with the Stripe Privacy Policy.
You select the country of your payout account once, during payout setup. Stripe does not allow changing the country of an existing account. If you move to another country, contact our support team. We must close your payout account after any pending balance is paid out, and you must complete onboarding again for the new country.
Receiving payouts requires a Stripe account in a supported country. Payouts are only possible if you can register a Stripe account in one of these countries, and Stripe's own onboarding and verification requirements apply. Payouts are currently available to Creators located in:
