Advertiser Guidelines

Fusey B.V. - Last updated: October 2026
These Advertiser Guidelines ("Guidelines") apply to all advertisers ("Advertisers") who post Campaigns or order Packages on the Fusey platform ("Platform"). By posting a Campaign or placing an Order, you agree to follow these Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service.
A Campaign is a public brief that describes what you want to promote, the tasks you want content creators ("Creators") to perform, and what you are willing to pay. Creators apply to it with an Application, which sets their price and delivery time. When you pay for an Application, an Order is created between you and the Creator. Each Order forms a direct agreement between you and the Creator. Fusey is not a party to that agreement.

1. Your Account and Your Brand

  • Only advertise what you are allowed to advertise. If you post for a brand, client, or community you do not own, for example as an agency, you must be authorised to do so. Keep proof of that authorisation and show it to us when we ask. You remain responsible for every Campaign and Order on your account.
  • Do not impersonate another brand, company, community, or person, and do not suggest an affiliation with Fusey or a game publisher that does not exist.
  • Keep your advertiser profiles accurate and up to date, including names, links, and files.
  • Sanctions. Do not use Fusey if you, your client, or the brand you promote is subject to EU sanctions. Do not post Campaigns or place Orders for the Russian government or for a company or organisation established in Russia, including its branches. Fusey may refuse or block a Campaign, Order, or payment where sanctions law requires it.

2. Campaign Listings

Everything is public

Every part of a Campaign is public: its name, description, tasks, content instructions, links, and files. Anyone can see it, and search engines may index it. Do not include confidential information or other people's personal data. Share confidential details, such as an unreleased build or an embargo date, only in Platform messages after you pay, and say that they are confidential.

Accuracy

  • Describe your brand, product, or community truthfully. You must be able to back up every factual claim.
  • Write clear, achievable tasks. A Creator delivers what the tasks and content instructions ask for.
  • Set eligibility requirements (platforms, minimum audience, languages) that reflect who you actually want to work with.
  • Only post Campaigns you intend to fund. Do not use Campaigns to collect creative ideas, contact details, or audience data.

Content and rights

  • You must own or have permission to use every logo, image, video, file, and trademark in your Campaign.
  • You are responsible for the products, game keys, codes, and links you give Creators. They must work, be safe, and be legal in every country the Campaign reaches.
  • Your Campaign must follow the content rules in Section 3. Do not ask Creators to make content that breaks the law, these Guidelines, the Creator Guidelines, or the rules of the platform they publish on.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the claims, files, and instructions you provide.

Price

  • The Campaign's price range is what you pay per Creator, Platform Fee and VAT included. Set a minimum, a maximum, or both. Equal amounts mean a fixed price. Prices on Campaigns and Applications are between €10.00 and €10,000.00.
  • The price includes Fusey's Platform Fee. The Creator receives the price minus the Platform Fee, as described in the Terms of Service.

Keeping a Campaign up to date

  • Deactivate a Campaign when you stop accepting Applications. An inactive Campaign is not listed, and Creators cannot apply to it.
  • You may edit a Campaign at any time. Edits never change an Order you already paid. If you change the tasks, usage rights, or exclusivity after Creators applied, tell them through Platform messages so they can update their Application. A Creator can still decline the Order if the new terms do not suit them.
  • Deleting a Campaign declines its Pending Applications and notifies those Creators. Paid Orders continue unaffected.

3. Advertising Content Rules

Creators on Fusey can be as young as 16, and gaming audiences often include minors. Campaigns therefore follow stricter rules than general advertising law. These rules apply to Campaigns and to the content instructions of every Order.

Prohibited products and services

Campaigns and Orders must not promote:
  • Gambling, including casinos, social and sweepstakes casinos, sports betting, prediction markets, paid lotteries, fantasy sports or wager matches with cash or item prizes, skin or item gambling, and case opening. This includes referral codes, promo codes, and free credits for these sites.
  • Buying paid loot boxes, crates, gacha pulls, or other paid random rewards. You may still promote a game that contains them, as described under Restricted products.
  • Alcohol, including alcohol-free versions of alcohol brands.
  • Tobacco, e-cigarettes and vapes with or without nicotine, heated tobacco, herbal smoking products, nicotine pouches, and other nicotine products.
  • Drugs and psychoactive substances, including cannabis, CBD, kratom, and "legal highs".
  • Medicines, dietary supplements with health claims, weight-loss products, and cosmetic procedures.
  • Crypto-assets, NFTs, play-to-earn games, financial trading platforms, investment products, loans, credit, and buy now, pay later services.
  • Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, and get-rich-quick schemes.
  • Sexually explicit content, adult services, and dating services.
  • Weapons, including firearms, airsoft and replica guns, knives, ammunition, explosives, and their parts. In-game weapons and cosmetic skins are not weapons under this rule.
  • Cheats, hacks, exploits, bots, anti-cheat bypasses, account sales, boosting, and buying, selling, or trading in-game items or currency for real money, unless you operate the game or server they belong to.
  • Fake engagement, such as followers, likes, views, viewer bots, or reviews for sale.
  • Counterfeit or pirated products, including replica merchandise, cracked games or software, and unlicensed private servers.
  • Political advertising, including any content by or for a political party, candidate, elected official, member of a government, political campaign, or public authority, and any content designed to influence an election, a referendum, voting behaviour, or a legislative or regulatory process.
  • Anything illegal under Dutch or EU law, or in a country the Campaign reaches.

Restricted products

The following are allowed only under the conditions below, and when the content complies with the law of every country it reaches:
  • Games rated PEGI 16 or PEGI 18, games with paid random rewards, and the communities around them. Do not aim the content at anyone younger than the game's current rating. If there is no PEGI rating, treat paid random rewards as PEGI 16. For a PEGI 18 game, only work with Creators aged 18 or older. Mention the rating and any paid random rewards in the Campaign, and ask Creators to mention the rating in the content.
  • Food and drinks, only with Creators whose audience is less than 25% under 16 and whose content is not aimed at children or young teenagers.
  • Energy drinks and other drinks with more than 150 mg of caffeine per litre, under the same conditions as food and drinks, and only with Creators aged 18 or older.
Do not claim that a food, drink, or supplement improves focus, reaction time, or gaming performance. Some countries, such as the United Kingdom, ban paid online ads for many food and drinks high in fat, sugar, or salt, including paid Creator posts.
Ask the Creator to turn on the platform's age restriction for these promotions where the platform offers one. Some platforms allow certain products in branded content only with their approval or behind an age restriction. For example, TikTok shows branded content with a game trailer or an energy drink only to adults in the EU and the United Kingdom. Do not ask a Creator to publish a promotion that their platform does not allow.

Children and young audiences

  • Do not post Campaigns aimed at children under 13, and do not pick Creators whose content is made for children.
  • Do not ask Creators to urge viewers to buy your product, or to ask their parents to buy it for them.
  • Do not ask Creators to reward viewers for liking, sharing, or posting about your product when the audience includes children under 13.
  • No time pressure aimed at minors, such as countdowns, limited-time bundles, or "last chance" offers, and never claim an offer is limited when it is not.

Giveaways

If your Campaign includes a giveaway, contest, or prize draw, you are its organiser. You run it, deliver every prize, and pay any tax on prizes. The Creator only announces it and is not responsible for the draw or the prizes. Give the Creator your rules before they publish.
  • Entry is free. Do not require a purchase, subscription, channel membership, donation, or paid rank to enter or to win, and do not make sharing, reposting, or tagging others a condition of entry.
  • Publish rules before the giveaway starts and add them to your Campaign as a link or file. The rules state at least: your name and contact address, who can enter (age and countries), how to enter, the start and end date, each prize and its value, how and when winners are chosen, announced, and contacted, how the prize is delivered, who pays any tax on prizes, how you use entrants' data, and how to complain. Include the statements the platform requires, such as that it does not sponsor the giveaway.
  • Choose winners fairly: at random with an independent person or tool, or for a contest by the criteria in your rules. Announce the winners within three months of the end date and award every prize you announced.
  • Entrants must be 13 or older. Entrants under 18 need a parent's permission, and you may not collect their personal data until you have it.
  • Prizes must suit the youngest entrant and must not be anything you may not promote under Prohibited products.
  • Collect only the data you need to run the giveaway and deliver prizes, and do not make entry depend on signing up for marketing. You are responsible for this data under the GDPR.
  • Follow the law of every country where people can enter and the rules of the platform it runs on. In the Netherlands, a prize draw must follow the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance (Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen).

Truthful and fair advertising

  • No misleading claims about price, availability, features, results, or "free" offers.
  • Do not ask Creators to make a claim you could not make yourself. A claim a Creator makes because you asked for it counts as your claim, and you must be able to back it up.
  • Opinions are the Creator's own. You may set tasks, facts, and key messages, but do not script praise, require a positive verdict, reject a delivery because the honest opinion is not positive enough, or revoke a key, item, or access because honest content is critical.
  • When content mentions in-game currency, items, ranks, or bundles, state the full price in real money, including VAT.
  • No vague environmental claims, such as "green", "eco-friendly", or "sustainable", unless the product has a recognised excellent environmental performance for that claim, such as the EU Ecolabel. Make specific claims instead, and only for the part of the product or business they are true for.
  • No climate claims based on offsetting, such as "climate neutral" or "climate positive", and no sustainability label you made yourself. A claim about future performance, such as "net zero by 2030", needs a public plan with targets that an independent expert checks.
  • Do not ask Creators to disparage competitors or make comparisons you cannot back up.
  • Do not ask Creators to claim experience they do not have, such as pretending to use a product they never tried, to pose as an ordinary unpaid user, or to post fake reviews or testimonials.
  • Do not ask Creators to rate or review your product on a store, app store, or review site, even in exchange for a free game key, item, or in-game currency. Do not ask for fake likes, followers, comments, or views.
  • Do not ask Creators to post an ad you made as their own content, or to insert your video ad as a commercial break. You may give footage, such as gameplay or a trailer, for the Creator to use in their own content.
  • Label AI content. If you or a Creator use AI to create or alter realistic images, audio, or video of a real person, place, or product, disclose clearly that it is AI-generated or altered, and never use AI to make a product look better than it is.
  • Follow the rules of the game publisher. Describe a community server or fan project as unofficial, follow the publisher's rules for its name and logos, and do not ask Creators to promote paid perks the publisher forbids, such as pay-to-win advantages on a Minecraft server.
  • The content rules in the Creator Guidelines also apply to every Campaign.

4. Disclosure of Paid Promotions

Every promotion on Fusey is advertising. EU and Dutch consumer law, and for many video Creators the Dutch Media Act, require that audiences can recognise it as advertising. The Dutch Advertising Code for Social Media and Influencer Marketing (Reclamecode Social Media & Influencer Marketing) explains how. Most other countries, such as the United Kingdom and the United States, have the same rule.
  • Never ask a Creator to hide, shorten, or delay a disclosure, or to present a paid promotion as their own unpaid opinion.
  • Creators label each promotion clearly and name you, for example with "Ad" or "#ad" and your brand tagged, as the first word of the post, caption, or description. In videos, they say it and show it at the start. In streams, they repeat it regularly. Each story or short-lived post gets its own label, and so does each repost on another platform or format. The label is in the language of the content, and in audio-only content it is spoken. Discount codes, affiliate links, and teasers need the same label: "affiliate" or "code" alone is not a label. Creators also use the paid promotion setting of the platform they publish on.
  • Free game keys, items, in-game currency, ranks, and other perks you give a Creator for an Order are part of the payment, so content about them needs the same disclosure.
  • You are responsible, together with the Creator, for a correct disclosure. Include the disclosure you expect in your content instructions, check it when you review each delivery, and ask the Creator to correct it when it is missing or unclear. If they do not, open a dispute instead of approving the delivery. This does not end when you approve the delivery: if you later see a missing, hidden, or removed disclosure, ask the Creator to fix it and contact our support team if they do not.
  • A clear disclosure never makes a delivery defective.

5. Working With Creators

Applications

  • Applications stay Pending until you act. Review them within a reasonable time, and decline the ones you will not pay for so Creators can move on. A Declined Application is final.
  • Choose Creators on relevant criteria, such as their content, audience, language, and price. Selecting on a Creator's audience, such as its countries, languages, or age ranges, is fine. Do not exclude or treat Creators differently because of their sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, race or ethnic origin, nationality, religion or belief, political opinion, marital or civil status, disability or chronic illness, or age. The only exception is a requirement that the content genuinely depends on and that is proportionate, such as a minimum age of 18 for a PEGI 18 game. State the requirement and its reason in the Campaign.
  • Creators can report discrimination to our support team. We look into every report and may act under Section 9.
  • Keep decline messages professional and respectful.

Invitations

  • You may invite a Creator to an active Campaign, optionally with a price within its range. The Creator decides whether to apply.
  • Invite only Creators who meet your requirements, and do not keep inviting or messaging a Creator who declined or did not reply.

Price negotiation

  • You may propose a different price for a Pending Application. The Creator can accept it, decline it, or change their own price.
  • The price is final only when you pay. Fusey checks each price before charging and skips any Application whose price changed after you reviewed it.

No unpaid work

  • Do not ask Creators to create, publish, or send new content before you pay, including test videos, drafts, or trial posts. You may ask for examples of work they already published.
  • Do not ask Creators to pay for anything to complete a Campaign, such as buying your game, product, or in-game items. Give them any key, item, or access the tasks need, free of charge.

Communication

  • Use Platform messaging for all Campaign and Order communication, and stay professional and respectful.
  • Some Creators are under 18. Never make sexual comments or advances, ask personal questions unrelated to the Order, or ask a Creator to meet in person.
  • Do not move Campaigns, negotiations, or payments off the Platform (see Section 13 of the Terms of Service).

Creator information

  • Use what you learn about a Creator through the Platform, including their messages, contact details, audience figures, and analytics, only for the Campaign and its Orders.
  • Keep messages, contact details, and audience data from Applications confidential. Do not scrape, share, or sell Creator information, or copy it for any other purpose.
  • Where the GDPR applies to you, you are a separate controller of the Creator personal data you keep. Keep only what you need, and delete it once the Order is complete, unless you must keep it for tax or legal reasons.
  • Do not ask Creators for personal data of their viewers, such as subscriber or member lists or chat logs. Aggregated figures are enough.

Results

Fusey does not guarantee reach, views, sales, or any other result. Audience figures come from the Creator's connected accounts and change over time.

6. Payment and Orders

  • Accepting an Application means paying for it. One Order is created for each Application, at the agreed price.
  • Each Order contains the Campaign's tasks, content instructions, and files, the Application's price and delivery time, and the usage rights and exclusivity terms shown on the Campaign when you pay (see Section 7).
  • Your payment is authorised, not captured. You are charged only once the Creator accepts the Order, which they must do within 72 hours. If the Creator declines or does not reply, the hold is released and no money leaves your account.
  • Once the Creator accepts, you cannot cancel the Order on the Platform. If you no longer need it, contact our support team. This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.

Paying for several Applications at once

You can pay for up to 20 Applications in one checkout. In that case:
  • You authorise Fusey, through Stripe, to save your card and, right after checkout, to place one payment hold for each Order without you being present. Each hold is for the price shown for that Application before checkout, never more.
  • Fusey removes the saved card once the holds are placed and never uses it for any other payment.
  • An Application is skipped and not charged if it was already paid, was declined, its Campaign was deleted, its price changed, or one of you blocked the other.
  • If your card is declined or requires authentication for an Application, that Application stays Pending and you are notified, so you can pay for it again.

After payment

Each Order follows the same rules as any Order on Fusey: the order flow, the Fusey Guarantee, the review period, disputes, and refunds described in the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
  • Review each delivery within 72 hours. Otherwise it is approved automatically.
  • If a delivery misses something the Order asked for, ask the Creator to fix it through Platform messages, within the Order's tasks and content instructions. Asking does not pause the review period: if the fix is not in before it ends, open a dispute instead of approving.
  • Judge a delivery against the Order's tasks and content instructions, not against new requirements. Open a dispute only in good faith.

7. Usage Rights and Exclusivity

Part of every Order

The usage rights and exclusivity terms shown on your Campaign when you pay become part of each Order. The Creator sees them, including how long the usage rights last, on the Campaign before applying and on the Order before accepting it. Editing or deleting the Campaign later does not change them. The Order price is the Creator's full fee for the delivery, the usage rights, and any exclusivity.
For an Order placed from a Package, the Package and Section 15.4 of the Terms of Service set the usage rights.

Usage rights

The Creator keeps ownership of the content they create. Depending on the Campaign's usage rights, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered content:
Campaign usage rightsWhat you may do
NoneShare and link to the Creator's publication. Do not re-upload it or use it in advertising.
Organic reuseRepost the content on your own channels, such as your social media accounts, website, or community.
Paid advertisingUse the content in paid advertising, such as sponsored posts and ads.
You and the Creator can agree on other non-exclusive terms in writing through Platform messages. A transfer of copyright needs a deed signed by the Creator, and an exclusive licence a separate written agreement signed by the Creator that lists each right it covers. A Platform message is not enough for either. Otherwise:
  • The licence is worldwide. Organic reuse lasts 12 months and paid advertising lasts 3 months, both from the Creator's publication. Organic posts you publish during the licence may stay online after it ends. Ads stop running when it ends, and you may not publish or promote the content again.
  • You may shorten, crop, subtitle, translate in text, or reformat the content, and make standard technical edits such as colour or sound correction. You may not change its meaning, edit it in a way that could harm the Creator's reputation, present it as your own creation, or use AI to change what the Creator says, does, or looks like, for example with voice cloning, dubbing in their voice, or lip-sync.
  • When you reuse the content, keep it recognisable as advertising, with its disclosure visible, and never present it as an independent review.
  • Running ads from the Creator's own account, such as partnership ads, requires the Creator's separate permission.
  • The licence covers the delivered content only. It does not let you use the Creator's name, image, likeness, or voice in other materials, such as banners, store pages, or stills and clips taken out of the content.
  • Never use the content, or the Creator's name, image, likeness, or voice, to train or fine-tune AI models, or to create a synthetic version of the Creator, such as an AI avatar, a lookalike, or a cloned voice.
  • If the Creator asks, tell them where and how long you used the content. These Guidelines do not limit the rights a Creator has under mandatory copyright contract law, such as the right to fair pay.

Exclusivity

When a Campaign is exclusive, the Creator agrees not to publish paid promotions for the listed product categories or competitors during the stated period before and after the publication of their delivery. Each period is at most 365 days. The period before publication starts no earlier than when the Creator accepts the Order, so a paid promotion the Creator published or agreed to before accepting never breaches exclusivity.
  • Keep exclusivity narrow and proportionate, limited to products and brands that genuinely compete with yours. Name specific competitors and narrow product categories. Do not list categories that cover most of a gaming Creator's work, such as "games", "gaming", or a whole genre or platform.
  • Pay for exclusivity. The longer and wider it is, the more it costs the Creator, so reflect it in the price, and keep the period as short as your launch needs.
  • Exclusivity covers the Creator's paid promotions only. It does not restrict their unpaid content.
  • Exclusivity ends if the Order is declined, cancelled, or fully refunded.
  • Fusey does not monitor exclusivity. If you believe a Creator breached it, raise it with them through Platform messages and contact our support team. Fusey may act under the Creator Guidelines, but does not award compensation.

Creators under 18

Creators can be 16 or 17. Exclusivity, paid advertising rights, and any exclusive licence or transfer with a Creator under 18 need their parent's or guardian's consent. Before you pay, ask the Creator in Platform messages to confirm their age and, if they are under 18, that they have this consent.

8. Prohibited Practices

  • Off-platform payments: Do not pay or offer to pay Creators outside of Fusey.
  • Fake Campaigns: Do not post Campaigns you do not intend to fund, or that misrepresent who you are.
  • Review pressure: Do not condition payment, approval, or future Orders on a particular review or rating on Fusey, and do not threaten a low rating to get work that is not in the Order.
  • Account access: Never ask a Creator for their password, login codes, or access to their accounts. Ask for partnership ads or brand access only through the platform's own permission tool.
  • Multiple accounts: Do not create duplicate accounts to circumvent restrictions.
  • Self-dealing: Do not apply to your own Campaigns or buy your own Packages from another account.
  • Chargeback abuse: Do not file chargebacks in bad faith (see Section 10.1 of the Terms of Service).

9. Moderation and Enforcement

Fusey does not check every Campaign before it is published. Our team reviews Campaigns that are reported to us or that we come across, and may review any Campaign at any time. Moderation decisions are made by people, not by automated tools. Depending on how serious and how frequent a violation is, we may take one of these measures. We choose the lightest measure that works, but serious violations, such as fraud or content that endangers minors, can lead to immediate removal.
  • A warning with details of the violation.
  • Deactivation or removal of a Campaign.
  • Temporary suspension of your account.
  • Permanent removal from the Platform.
When we act, we tell you by email what we restricted and for how long, the facts and the rule or law we relied on and why it applies, whether the action followed a report, and how you can challenge the decision. You can complain free of charge through our support team within six months of being told, as described in Section 16 of the Terms of Service. A person on our team reviews every complaint, replies with reasons, and reverses the decision if it was wrong. You can always take the decision to court. Anyone can report a Campaign they believe is illegal, as described in Section 16.1 of the Terms of Service.

10. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Guidelines as the Platform evolves. We announce material changes by email at least 15 days before they take effect, unless the law requires a faster change or we must respond to an unforeseen and urgent risk of fraud, malware, spam, or a security breach. Changes never affect Orders placed before they take effect. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using the Platform and close your account before it takes effect (see Section 21 of the Terms of Service).
