Your payment is protected from the moment you book until you approve the delivery. The creator has 72 hours to accept, and if they do not, you are refunded automatically. The same happens if the delivery deadline passes without the promotion going live. Once it is delivered you have 72 hours to approve it or open a dispute, after which it is approved automatically. If you open a dispute, our team reviews the evidence from both sides. Every creator also connects their accounts, so the audience you are paying for is verified rather than claimed.
