Thaloria is a cold and frigid place spanning 37km². It is made to be similar to how Northern Canada looks, the arctic. The temperatures here can drop down below -100 C so get yourself some warm clothes as soon as possible. You'll find intriguing and diverse biomes all with a feel of the arctic. This map is based off of my homeland but up north.

The Biomes of Thaloria

The Lake: Two big lakes and a small pond. Many beavers can be found living here.
The Southern Shore - One shore of the three that are around The Lake. This shore is the one of the warmest places in this frigid land. You'll find exactly what you need to begin your challenging survival. You'll surprisingly find some useful resources here too.
The Shallow Southern Shore: One shore out of the three that are around The Lake. This shore is exactly the same as The Southern Shore it is just around the small pond that is part of The Lake.
The Warm Arctic Forest: This large forest that spans most of the warm places on the map. It houses many of the creatures living in this frozen land. The Southern Arctic Plains - The grasslands of Thaloria. Just like any other it is flat and doesn't have many trees. This place is fairly warm but still cold. Watch out for the predators that call this place home.
The Eastern Shore: Like the Southern Shore except it is one of the shores of the three around The Lake. This shore is slightly colder than the Southern Shore. You'll find ice scattered throughout the section of The Lake that this shore is apart of. You'll also find penguins surprisingly given that they aren't native to the arctic and are from the Antarctic.
The Frosted Redwoods: This forest of gigantic trees is home to many dangerous critters. You'll find that it is difficult to traverse on both land and sky due to the dangers that lurk in these woods. You'll find that it has many maple trees and smaller trees too.
The Snowy Arctic Forest - The most expansive biome you'll be exploring in this frigid land. This biome covers most of the map and it is very cold. You'll find may dangerous and strong creatures to slay and tame. This biome is also home to the beautiful Snow Owls, they're pellets are said to be great for farming. You'll also find the treacherous Managarmrs, they're one of the fastest creatures found here, it's almost like they can teleport.
The Great Arctic Mountains of Thaloria: As the name suggests this biome is mountainous, it is very similar to The Snowy Arctic Forest but it is absolutely freezing, you cannot survive here for long, otherwise you'll freeze to death like many of the past creatures that dared enter without the proper adaptations. Legend entails that there is a cave of ice within the mountains that is filled with dangerous creatures, they have been called "Draconic".
The Frozen City: Like the name, this place was once a thriving city filled with people and their trusty canine companions, but as the Ark fell into an Ice Age the humans froze along with the city. Their canine companions however, managed to survive and adapt, they merged themselves with the technology of the city and the Ark itself in order to be stronger and more resilient. The dogs have gone wild and must be won back by the humans that managed to survive or seemingly appeared into this Frozen Ark.
The Unnatural Arctic Desert: There used to be a desert filled with arid life and interesting creatures but as the ark crept into an Ice Age the desert froze along with the Ark. The creatures were surprisingly resilient and quickly adapted to this sudden change in the global temperature.
The Aberrant Frozen Glowing Arctic Mushroom Forest: As the name of the biome says very clearly that this biome is aberrant and should be there, it has an interesting name too. This biome has many giant mushrooms and glowing plants and trees, some of the creatures have also started glowing too. This biome is cold and hard to survive in, but filled to the brim with rare and valuable resources.
