Features

A headset skin that mutes nearby structure sounds. Any structure that normally has a sound emitter, has it's sound reduced to 0.
In game configuration to adjust the sound volume on a per structure class basis, just incase you still want some sound.
In game admin configuration to allow or prevent adjusting the sounds of enemy structures(admin setting).
Option to not require wearing headphones to still get noise reduction(admin setting).
Configuration accessed through the player radial menu(hold reload) OR the Mod Settings Panel, should it also be installed on the server.

If you have a mod with structures where the sound is critical and you don't want players to be able to adjust the levels, add a tag to the structure: NearbyNoiseNeutralizerIgnoreStructure
