Adds the Spearcrest, by Isle of Myths, to your game as a new, custom creature with unique mechanics!

A dangerous predator focused on being in the thick of combat, especially in situations where Electrical synergy may come in handy! Be it from the foe or friendly fire, Spearcrest offers unique mechanics that can help turn the tide in your favor!

Spawning: Monster Island (Carnivore Island), Mountains, Scorched Mountains, Desert Biodome Upper, Bioluminescent Region
Tranq Tame. Preferred taming food is the Extraordinary Kibble
Can be told to sit via the radial wheel
Naturally armored: 15% of incoming damage is ignored
Immune to electrical damage and debuffs, radiation
Has a rage mechanic similar to Giga. Will not buck off rider when at max rage. When Rage is triggered, take 15% less damage and deal 50% more damage, regenerating stamina and draining torpor, while increasing terrestrial movement speed by 25%.
When Spearcrest would take electrical damage or be hit with an electric-type debuff, it instead procs an instance of Voltage Charge. Charge lasts 10 seconds by default, but stacks to a max of 180 seconds. While active, Spearcrest gains 10% more damage, 25% movement speed, and regenerates the following values per second: +25 HP/Stamina, -50Torpor.
While Voltage Charge is active, every single one of Spearcrest's melee hits will deal an additional instance of damage, equal to half the normal attack's damage, multiplied by buffs/melee stat/etc. This is in Lightning Wyvern's breath damagetype, applying torpor and piercing armor.
Spearcrest has an AoE buff called Lightningrod Protection that it gives to allies near it in a 4500 unit radius every 5 seconds. This buff lasts 6 seconds. When allies would take electrical damage, said damage is reduced by 90%. If they were to be hit with an electrical-type debuff, said debuff is prevented. In both cases, an additional instance of Voltage Charge is procced on the protecting Spearcrest.
Left Click: Bite. Base 45 damage. Can be used without having to spam left click by holding it.
Right click: Claw attack. Base 35 damage, hits twice. Good for hitting things underneath you. Pierces armor, but not to the effectiveness of manta/theri.
C key: Heavy Bite, base 65 damage. Cannot be used while moving. Cannot be used with insufficient stamina. Costs 100 stamina to use, has a 12 second cooldown. Inflicts Deinosuchus's Bone Break on the target. Cannot be done while swimming.
